Production Time.

Our personalized jewelry is carefully handcrafted individually. Standard production time is up to 2 business days, depending on the design and customization type. We work to have your piece ready as soon as possible without compromising quality.

 

Personalization.

You can provide your customization details directly on the product page before purchasing. Our team manually adjusts every engraving or design to ensure the best possible aesthetic for the selected piece.

Gift Packaging.

All orders include complimentary gift packaging. Your jewelry arrives ready to gift in an elegant and secure box. 
✔️ We do not include invoices or receipts inside the package.

Shipping and Delivery.

We offer shipping within the United States via USPS:

• USPS Priority: Estimated delivery of 3 to 5 business days.

• USPS Express / Overnight: 1 business day delivery (additional cost).

Please note that shipping time begins after the piece has been produced.

Cancellations and Changes.

You may cancel or request changes to your order free of charge within the first 4 hours of placing it. After this period, the order enters production and cannot be canceled or modified.
