That’s why we created the Divine Secure Mail-In Service: an exclusive experience for clients who don’t have a trusted jeweler nearby, don’t have time or simply prefer the ease and peace of mind of handling everything from home. We’ll email your shipping label, you print it, package your jewelry using our step-by-step instructions, and we take it from there—with tracking, discreet packaging, and careful handling from start to finish.
Availability: This service is offered exclusively within the Continental United States (48 states). We do not ship to Puerto Rico or internationally (including Canada).

Once we have that information, we’ll provide a clear cost estimate, an expected timeline, and the next steps to begin your service with complete confidence.

With this information, our team will reply personally with an estimated cost and the next steps to coordinate your shipment securely.

  • Step 0 - Pre-Shipment Details (Required)

    Before we create your prepaid label, please send:

    • Clear photos of the item(s) you’re shipping (front/back + any damage/loose stones).
    • Estimated value (your best approximation).
    • Metal type (gold/platinum/silver, etc.) and any known details (stones, engravings)
      Insurance: We include shipping insurance up to $100.
      If your item’s value is higher, additional insurance is available for an extra fee (we’ll quote it before you ship).
  • Step 1 — Request Your Prepaid Shipping Label (We Pay Shipping)

    Submit your request and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label you can print at home.

    Shipping to us is included with your service, and it ships with Signature Required for added security.

  • Step 2 — We Receive, Inspect & Confirm (Next Business Day)

    Once your package arrives, we:

    • Confirm receipt.
    • Perform a quick inspection.
    • Reach out to confirm the exact services needed (we can use photos/video if necessary)
      No work begins until we’re fully aligned with you on the details.
  • Step 3 — Service & Express Turnaround (24–48 Business Hours)

    After confirmation, we complete your service with an express turnaround:

    • Package 1: typically within 24 business hours.
    • Package 2: typically within 24–48 business hours
      Complex repairs may require additional time; if so, we’ll notify you first.
  • Step 4 — Secure Return Shipping (We Pay + Signature Required)

    We ship your jewelry back to you with tracking and Signature Required.
    Return shipping is included with your service.

  • Typical Total Timeline

    Most orders are completed in 4–5 business days from label creation to safe return (shipping transit time varies by location/carrier).
